Was in charge of overseeing the multi-million dollar millwork and cabinetry operation both regionally and abroad. Most work was coordinated with the commercial construction company located in the Virgin Islands. Supervised 15 local employees and had full responsibility of the operation. Performed all bidding, purchasing, and reviewed all layouts. Designed and implemented a network computer system and installed software compatible with the business.

Met with builders, architects and engineers on a routine basis in order to ensure the successful completion of projects.
