| In the early 1990s, Mad Dog built this building for
the Digestive Disease Clinic (DDC) and the
Tallahassee Endoscopy
Center (TEC); showing amazing foresight, the owners elected to
construct their building in such a way that adding onto the second
floor would be simple. Indeed, when an addition was necessary, the
building was able to accommodate a larger second floor. Once completed in 2002, the addition added 9,400 square feet of work space to the DDC / TEC facility. |
