This 60,000 square foot building in the Summit East SMART Campus houses multiple tenants, and build-outs began as soon as the shell was erected. URS, one of the largest engineering & planning firms in the world, is the primary tenant of the building.
At three stories tall, this is the largest building to date at Summit East. It sits at the end of Apex Drive on the top of a hill, overlooking the entire Summit East development.
