Mad Dog Design and Construction Company

Located in the new Heritage Grove Fraternity Park in Tallahassee, Florida, this grand chapter house & apartment building was designed for the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity at Florida State University. The apartments can house approximately 48 students, and the chapter house is used for fraternity events, as well as by those living in the apartments as a common area. Construction began in December 2003, and the project was completed during the 2004-05 school year.
