Off-Campus Student Housing

Mad Dog Design and Construction Company

University Club Apartments

Orlando, Florida

Building more than a dozen off-campus student housing projects in the last decade, Mad Dog has proven we have the right combination of project management skills, subcontractors, and motivation it takes to get apartments built.

Mad Dog has built apartment complexes in Florida, North Carolina, and Texas; most projects include a clubhouse with a pool, a maintenance building, and other outbuildings. While each job presents unique challenges and opportunities, we typically build around 100 4-bedroom/4-bathroom units per project (although larger and smaller projects are also completed, and different floorplans are used on every job).
