| Yet another custom-built fraternity complex in the new Heritage Grove Fraternity Park in Tallahassee, Florida, this facility for the Phi Delta Theta fraternity of Florida State University will consist of two buildings with multiple residential units, and a stunning chapter house. Construction began in Spring 2004, the residence buildings are complete, and the chapter house should be finished during the 2006-07 school year. |
